How do I sign up for an account?

Signing up is easy! Just download our app, add your email, or phone number to receive a one-time password (OTP) and login to start exploring the various home food businesses in SG!

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to various locations within Singapore. Check out our 'Delivery Zones' section in the app to see if we serve your area.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! After placing your order, you can track its progress in the 'My Orders' section. We provide real-time updates, so you know exactly when to expect your delivery.

Can other info be added to an invoice?

At the moment, the only way to add additional information to invoices is to add the information to the workspace's name.

What if I have food allergies?

Your health is important to us. You can specify any allergies or dietary restrictions in the 'Special Instructions' box when placing your order, and we'll ensure the home food businesses are aware. On the other hand, you can also filter for dishes which do not contain anything you are allergic to!

How can I place an order?

Once you've signed up, simply browse the different cuisines from the BEST home food businesses, add them to your cart with any special instructions if necessary, and proceed to checkout. Finally, you can choose your mode of delivery and simply pay using our e-wallets directly!

Can I schedule an order for later?

Yes, you can schedule orders in advance. Just select “order later” beforecheckout and input your desired delivery date and time. We will take care of the rest.

What should I do if there's an issue with my order?

If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer support immediately through the app. We're here to help resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

We love to give back to our customers! Check the 'Promotions' section in the app for current deals and discounts.

How can I leave feedback about my experience?

We value your feedback. You can leave a review for the restaurant and the delivery service in the app after your order is completed.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No minimum order amount for now!
